The King of Them All!

Big Name Players Rolling Into York, Pennsylvania in August Bowling News - 7/12/2010

On August 6^th some of the top names in professional bowling will be making a stop here in York for the Bowlers Supply trade show and for the Bowlers Supply Regional Open, sponsored in part by Storm Bowling Products and Roto Grip.  

The tournament will be held August 7^th and 8^th at Colony Park Lanes North at 1900 Pennsylvania Ave in York, Pennsylvania.  PBA bowlers scheduled to appear include Ryan Shafer, Kelly Kulick, Bill O'Neill, Pete Weber, Mike Scroggins, Mike Fagan, Parker Bohn III, Bobby Hall Jr., and Johnny Petraglia.. Many more regional bowlers will also be bowling this weekend including local favorites Terry Miller, Don Smith, Brent Hunter, and Dave Zelger.

The pro-am is scheduled for Friday August 6^th at 6:30pm and 9:00pm. This is a chance for bowlers to bowl with 3 different professionals and win cash and prizes. The pro-am cost start as low as $40 for a junior bowler and $80 for adults. The Eastern Regional Open schedule is:

Friday, August 6
Practice Session: 4-6 p.m.
Pro am: 6:30 and 9 p.m.
Saturday, August 7
A squad: 8 a.m.
B squad: 2:30 p.m.
Sunday, August 8
Match play begins at 8:30 a.m. with the round of 16
Prize Fund
1st Place projected at $3000.00
