Warranty Claims within the Manufacturer's Warranty:

Depending on the nature of the warranty claim, there may be one or more options available to quickly remedy the claim. In the event the bag has a simple, replaceable component your best option is to send in a Contact Us form explaining the situation. If the defective component is not replaceable, is sewn, has been permanently attached, or cannot be repaired, a new replacement bag will need to be requested through the place of original purchase.

Clips
Straps
Endcaps
Wheels
Axles
Bearings
Latches
Kick Stands
Handles

Easily Replaced Components will be drop shipped directly from Roto Grip's main office in Brigham City, UT.

Either call us directly at 1.888.450.6920 or email us at tech@rotogrip.com with the following information: Name, Address, Bag Description or SKU, Problem, Date of Purchase, Location of Purchase, Phone Number and Email Address. After your information has been received, a technician will attempt to resolve the claim as soon as possible.

Permanent Components that will require Complete Replacement Include:

Zippers
Torn Fabric
Riveted Bases

If the Entire Bag needs to be Replaced, the Original Place of Purchase will need to be Contacted Directly.

For complete bag replacement claims, the place of original purchase is authorized to contact their local Roto Grip Distributor and request a new replacement bag. If the original place of purchase is having difficulty contacting their distributor or is no longer in business, please Contact Us with all the pertinent information so we may review the situation on a case by case basis.

Note: Any additional or extraneous costs, such as shipping and handling, are not covered by the warranty or Roto Grip. Replacement parts may also be available for purchase on bags that have exceeded their original manufacturer's warranty period.
