I placed a pin down layout on this ball (4 1/2 x 4 1/2) as I wanted this to be my benchmark house shot ball. I was very impressed by this ball as It allowed me to use it the whole night through the various transitions each game. All I had to do was migrate left and open up my angles as the lanes broke down. I typically like to keep my angles tighter when the night starts (stand around 21/22) and slowly move in. The Dare Devil Trick allowed me to do this. Another thing I love about this ball is the coverstock and core. The characteristics of both provide a smooth and controllable ball motion. I knew what the ball was going to d each time it left my hands. I got that nice arc motion that I like to see when I release the ball. I am already planning on picking up another 1-2 of these and placing a stronger layout on one for sport shots that are of shorter and medium length and having another for my recreational league I bowl in.
